The Best Grilled Cheese in NYC?

A captivating and enticing casual food event this weekend: The Big Cheesy! A Grilled Cheese Sandwich competition in SoHo designed to crown NYC’s tastiest melt. Seven restaurants who know the Gouda stuff including Lucy’s Whey, Little Muenster and Melt Shop will be entering this chaotic fray that you simply cannot Swiss. But wait, it gets even Cheddar: each pairing will be served with a quarter sammich (seven in all) along with an ice-cold Sixpoint beer.

 Tickets are a bit steep at $25 but proceeds go to City Harvest Charity. Stay Sharp and grab ‘em before it sells out. Event is this Saturday 2/25 and oozing over to this Sunday 2/26.
