Activities: Stay at home, drink Hot Chocolate, Watch the never-ending news coverage of the white stuff and enjoy the view from your window. Maybe throw a snowball at your neighbor/roommate.
Okay, so this is less of a social, group event...but it's seasonal and inexpensive!
